Processing information is usually a bonus if the information could be used efficiently. The tactical implementation of the strategy shows the value of integrating data into their strategic plan. Market data, costs, and performance levels are organized and scheduled using information systems (MIS). The manager may identify daily sales levels, allowing them to quickly react to under-performance by increasing worker efficiency or lowering the product’s price.
